Prior to becoming a coach I spent 20 years within various trade unions and financial services. I gained my CIPD HR qualification, my ICSA Chartered Secretaries and Administrators distinction but never quite felt satisfied.
I was getting promoted and compensated well for my time but I knew I wasn’t fulfilling my purpose in life.
I was repeatedly ignoring the dream that I had to help people in a more personal and impactful way and in the process, underutilising my natural gifts.
Then something happened that crystallised my priorities.
In the span of 2 years, my daughter was born and I lost a son late in my pregnancy.
I suddenly realised two things: my happiness was no longer just about me and life can slip away at any moment.
That realisation gave me the strength to explore the question: am I meant to be doing something different?
I partnered with a coach and did the hard work to figure out what I really wanted to do and realised: my calling was to support others to gain the career and life impact they want. I received my post-grad coaching certification, started my company and now I LOVE what I do.
I have since been blessed with the most wonderful little boy who is the pot of gold at the end of my rainbow.
Partnering with both male and female professionals and entrepreneurs who find themselves at a crossroads, to stop being stuck and start having the impact that they want. I thrive on being alongside people in a way that they have likely never been alongside anyone before and leaving the world in a better state than when I arrived.
I believe and have repeatedly seen that we all have infinite potential and the power to create change inside you. You are the master of your life and can decide to take the leap. Once you do, my role is to be alongside you and support you every step of the way.
I combine my life and work experience with my natural intuition to help you unearth insights that, at times, will make you laugh and other times might make you cry because coaching is a very powerful process.
Different from a friend (I reserve judgment at all times) or a counsellor (I’m not looking to diagnose your ailments), my role will be to help you discover what’s possible to create the best version of yourself you can be. We will explore some new depths together and we will definitely have some fun and laughs along the way.
